All products displayed on the website are in stock unless otherwise stated. If for some reason your order cannot be completed you will be informed and offered an alternative of a later delivery or a full refund.
We endeavour to provide 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or correct any errors in connections with an order. If goods are faulty, we will refund the cost of the goods plus the return and outward postage costs within 14 days of receipt.
A dispatch confirmation will be emailed to you when the goods have been sent.
Products will be dispatched via Royal Mail and delivered within 2 – 5 working days.
You can pay for your products safely and securely online via our secure payment processing partners PayPal. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted with PayPal. Cheques are also accepted but orders will only be processed after receipt of payment.
By subscribing to our mailing list you will receive your customer loyalty coupon via email. This coupon is for use on any order once received and can only be used once. Please note – no customer details are ever shared with anyone else.
